MIXC Robotic Tufting Machine Testing Running Before Shipment

Recently, a 4.2×6m robotic tufting machine, one of our flagship models, successfully completed its comprehensive pre-shipment trial run. This rigorous process once again demonstrates MIXC’s dedication to delivering products of the highest standard to clients worldwide.


Strict Quality Control Before Shipment

The pre-shipment trial run is not a formality, but an essential process that guarantees that the machine arrives at the customer’s site in optimal condition. Our engineers and technicians follow a detailed inspection procedure:

  1. Electrical Safety First – Before power is switched on, certified inspectors measure each wiring terminal, ensuring proper installation and grounding.

  2. System Power-on Check – Motors, sensors, and controllers are tested for accuracy; touch screen and control panels are verified for responsiveness; carpet pattern import/export functions are examined; and the X/Y axis travel is measured against the set parameters.

  3. Lubrication and Pre-run – Critical mechanical points are lubricated, and the machine is driven slowly to ensure smooth pre-lubrication.

  4. Initial Empty Run – With scissors and needles removed, the machine runs three empty cycles at 1000 r/min. Engineers monitor for abnormal noise, movement stability, and temperature performance of motors and controllers.

  5. Real Tufting Test – Tufting heads and needles are installed and adjusted. The machine produces a sample test pattern, and the entire process is recorded and archived.

  6. Data & Software Backup – System parameters and software versions are exported and securely stored to ensure traceability.

  7. Final Quality Check – The machine undergoes complete cleaning, surface inspection, oil stain removal, and label positioning.

  8. Protective Packaging – The equipment is sealed with waterproof and moisture-proof protection, accessories are checked, and the machine is securely packed for international delivery.
